KATE - ASSOCIATE PLANNER Kate Haaf joined the Gold Dust team in 2016 as an Associate Wedding Planner; however, she has been planning weddings and events since 2010 when she fell in love with the event industry during her time at Texas Christian University.

Kate whole-heartedly believes every occasion in life is worth celebrating and strives to bring a unique and styled touch to every event. She has a talent for big picture planning with a detail-driven execution and thrives off the happiness and enjoyment of the guests.

While not planning weddings, you will find her designing tablescapes and styling events for her blog The Everyday Hostess and exploring Dallas with her husband.

She cannot wait to bring your vision to life and make your day one-of-a-kind!
claire - ASSOCIATE wedding PLANNER Claire Segerson has always been the planner. From playing house as kids with her older sisters to gatherings with family and friends, Claire continues to be the one to get organized and make it happen. During her college years in the hospitality program at Texas Tech, Claire worked as an intern and later full time planner with a local wedding planning company. She loves the challenge of weddings and events the most and has cultivated a true passion, desire, and career out of planning and coordinating them.

Claire joined the Gold Dust team in April of 2017 as an Associate Wedding Planner. She is fun, honest, and provides a trustworthy, straight forward experience in the planning process. Her determination, love of celebration, and keen eye for presentation, provides brides, grooms and their families with a unique wedding planning experience sure to surpass every expectation.

If there isn’t a wedding on the “to do list”, Claire is most likely planning a corporate conference for her day job, decorating her house for the next holiday, or cooking dinner for her friends.
jennifer - graphic designer Jennifer was born and raised in Texas, her earliest memories are playing with her father’s old Pentax camera and tagging along with him while he photographed weddings. You could always find her with a sketchbook and colored pencils. In college, she discovered the love of mixing photography, digital design and drawing on the computer. Jennifer fell in love with graphic design and we have never met anyone more talented! In her spare time, Jennifer lives in Mansfield with her husband, Jake and together they have four crazy boys! Yes, she is sadly outnumbered, but wouldn’t have it any other way.

Jennifer worked as a graphic designer at Pier One for 6 years prior to venturing out on her own. She is obsessive about details and fonts which is the perfect combination with her creative eye. She can make each paper design element for your event totally customized, which makes us Gold Dust Girls the happiest!
Thomas - rental delivery We’ve known Thomas for years---we won’t say how many but we grew up going to school together. He always has a smile on his face, even when he’s moving a couch! In addition to his moving skills he is extremely handy, which makes a Gold Dust Girl super happy(and our husband’s even happier). If you’re renting from us you’ll get to meet this guy.

When he’s not working for us he is running his landscaping company, hanging with his adorable family and trying to pick up a game of softball. We are very fortunate to have Thomas on our team!
